Bloomhill Cancer Care provides specialised post-treatment support focused on addressing the side effects and health concerns that remain for many patients after their treatment is completed or for those on long-term maintenance treatment.

Clients can access specialist oncology nurses and allied health professionals as well as attend group activities that will support those people who have completed cancer treatments to develop a healthy lifestyle, improve quality of life and decrease the risk of cancer re-occurrence.

We aim to help enhance the overall quality of life of survivors by addressing psychological well-being and providing support and information to reduce treatment related side effects.

Your nurse can assist with referrals to our multi-disciplinary team which includes a psychologists, an exercise physiologist, dietitian, counsellor, acupuncturist, massage and lymphoedema therapists.

You can also join in a range of group activities to improve mind and body well-being by attending our group activities such as yoga and Pilates, gym circuits and group fitness, Qi Gong, mindfulness meditation and a range of support groups.

Survivorship is a state of mind, rather than a defined stage.

We invite people who see themselves as survivors to get in touch with Bloomhill and work with one of our nurses to develop your personalised care plan.
