SLEEP HYGIENE: Information Session with UniSC OT Students 2024
Looking to improve your sleep? So, what is “sleep hygiene”?
‘Sleep hygiene’ is the term used to describe good sleep habits.
Achieving a good night’s sleep is the key to a productive day, as we are more likely to get more done when we are feeling well rested. Sleeping well is easier said than done, however, as everyone has their own unique sleeping habits. The key is understanding how the benefits of sleep can help your daily life, and the ways you can go about improving your sleep schedule and thus your productivity.
A “one size fits all” solution does not work for everyone.
We’d like to share evidence-based strategies about the importance of sleep, how vital quality sleep is, and more importantly, provide you with some tips on long-term management of sleep challenges.
Having healthy sleep hygiene is the key to living your life to your highest potential.
Come and join us for the 1 hour workshop. Contact our clinic on 07 5456 5006 for bookings.
