Monthly Bereavement Support Group at Bloomhill
Joining a bereavement support group following the death of a loved one can:
- Help us to feel less isolated
- Provide an opportunity to have conversations with others about our experiences of grief and loss
- Help us to learn ways to reduce emotional distress & overwhelm at this time
- Provide an opportunity to meet others in similar circumstances & to realise we are not alone
- Build confidence.
